Our client is a leading provider of global legal solutions, specializing in managed review, litigation & investigation services, and more.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead their expansion into the US market. This role involves leading strategic sales initiatives to establish and grow the client base within the US legal industry. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by setting and exceeding ambitious sales targets, starting with an initial book size of at least $1M. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead strategic sales initiatives to establish and grow the client base within the US legal industry.
  • Drive revenue growth by setting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including law firm partners and corporate legal counsel.
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge to present tailored solutions covering litigation support, eDiscovery, managed review, contract lifecycle management, compliance, and GDPR support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, forecasting revenue, and optimizing the sales cycle.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

  • Strong professional network within law firms and corporate legal teams at the decision-making level required.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of the legal services industry and alternate legal services required.

Education / Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a background in law is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years experience selling alternate legal services, with a proven track record of success in law firms and large corporations required.
