Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll and Workforce Timekeeping. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize SAP HR and Payroll solutions, ensuring seamless integration with time management systems. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge of SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Workforce Timekeeping solutions, and SAP HCM.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and Workforce Timekeeping solutions.
- Architect end-to-end payroll and time management solutions to align with business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define system requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with global payroll and timekeeping regulations while optimizing system performance.
- Integrate SuccessFactors EC Payroll with SAP HCM, SAP Time Management, and third-party workforce management tools.
- Provide technical leadership in data migration, payroll processing, tax calculations, and payroll posting.
- Troubleshoot payroll and time tracking issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities for SAP payroll solutions.
- Develop and enforce governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards for payroll and workforce timekeeping.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll, Workforce Timekeeping, and SAP Time Management required.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax calculations, payroll schemas, and payroll control center (PCC) required.
- Experience in Time Evaluation, Shift Planning, Absence/Attendance Management, and Workforce Scheduling.
- Expertise in SAP integration with third-party timekeeping systems (Kronos, WorkForce Software, etc.).
- Knowledge of Payroll posting to Finance (SAP FI-CO) and related reporting.
- Experience in HR data migration, payroll audits, and compliance regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a global, multi-country payroll environment.
Education / Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and Payroll solutions required.
- Experience with any cloud-based workforce management solutions is a plus.
- Experience in Agile or SAP Activate methodology for SAP implementations is a plus.
Licenses / Certifications
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (preferred).
